What is ChainMonsters.io?
A glimpse into the future of videogames powered by blockchain
ChainMonsters is the very first “real” videogame 100% powered by Ethereum blockchain. While being a traditional game from a visual pov, it actually relies on blockchain and new technologies to handle ownership, attributes, game mechanics and so on.

Mixing both centralized and decentralized worlds allows us to present you a glimpse into the very near future where real-time multiplayer games are using blockchain technology under the hood to improve both user experience and providing a level of trust and transparency between players and developers which has never been possible like this before.
All of our smart-contracts have their source codes attached through Etherscan and you can take a look at them following the links at the end of this article.

Every ChainMonster is a unique ERC-721 token with different stats, attributes and rarities meaning that you can trade, send and do whatever you want with them and even use them in other (future) games potentially. (We are currently talking to several potential partners and will announce something separately soon enough)
